We stand behind all of our products at LaLaLounger. If you receive a damaged or defective product directly from us, you may return it for a full refund back to the credit or debit card used to make the purchase or exchange of product within 30 days of receipt of purchase. If you decide you no longer would like to keep the product, but it is not damaged or defective, it will be your responsibility to pay for the return shipping.
All returns must receive a Return Authorization number. Please call 877.303.0680 or email customerservice@LaLaLounger.com to obtain a RA#.
All returns must be unused, in the original packaging, from a smoke-free environment and have all applicable tags still attached.
However, we cannot accept any personalized products such as monogramming for a refund. If you are unhappy with a personalized product, we can exchange the product or we can offer you a store credit.
If you bought your product from a retail distributor, other website, or third party, we cannot handle the exchange and you should contact the company you purchased from for their return policy.
If the product was purchased as a gift. The customer will be provided a store credit or the refund will be credited back to the original credit or debt card.

Just wrap the product in its original packaging (if possible) and follow these simple steps:
1. For your security please return your product with an insured carrier. (e.g. Fed Ex, UPS, or USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. This will protect you in case the product is damaged or lost in transit.
